Curry-Cajun Spiced Chicken
(6 portions, 3 pts each)

1/4 c. Agave Syrup (can use 1/3 c. honey, but have to adjust points to 4 pts each)
3 Tbsp water
3 Tbsp prepared mustard
2 Tbsp Browmel and Brown Yogurt Butter, melted
2-3 tsp. Cajun seasoning
2-3 tsp. Curry powder
Juice of 1/2 lemon (at least 1 tsp)
1 clove garlic, minced
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, 1/4 lb each

Combine all ingredients, without chicken, in a baking dish. Add chicken in a single layer. Bake, uncovered in 350° oven about 35 minutes. You might want to broil for 5 minutes to brown the tops.
