This recipe is very good by itself or as a dressing on salad. i'm not giving specific proportions for the veggies, only for the dressing, which is what has the points. If you eat all the veggies and have liquid left, just add some more cukes and onions and maybe more herbs. So if you don't eat al the dressing, you can reduce the points accordingly.
