Great as a marinade for Chicken, Pork (especially tenderloin), Beef, Portabellas, Tofu and much more.
4 Tbsp Shoyu, soy sauce, tarmari or 6 Tbls red miso
3 Tbsp sake or white wine or sherry
1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar1 tsp grated gingerroot or 1 1/2 tsp powdered ginger
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp dry mustard
This sauce will last awhile in the refrigerator.
