Eggdrop Vegtable Soup

2 cups of 0 point cut up vegtables like snap peas, broccoli, Chinese cabbage and asparagus
1 c. water
1 tsp. Ox Herb chicken bullion, low sodium
1 egg

  1. Steam veggies in water and bullion until still crisp, about 5 minutes
  2. Beat egg
  3. As bullion is boiling, add egg in slowly and stir to form eggdrops

Serve hot.
