Eggdrop Vegtable Soup with Wontons
(1 portion)

2 cups of 0 point cut up vegtables like snap peas, broccoli, Chinese cabbage and asparagus
1/2 c. water
1 c. Eggdrop soup and 2 wontons from a Chinese Restuarant
  1. Steam veggies in water until still crisp, about 5 minutes
  2. Add Eggdrop soup and wonton and heat throughly

Serve hot.

This is very filling when you are hungry and don't want to use many points
