Zucchini

Easy to make a great for left overs - make extra and eat some for lunch.

4 medium to large zucchini, sliced in rounds
1/4 c. Healthy Choice Garlic & Herb Pasta sauce
2 Tbsp. grated romano cheese
Cooking Spray

  1. Wash and slice zucchini
  2. Spray a 3 qt. pot with cooking spray. Add zuchinni and cook until soft, but still al dente.
  3. Add pasta sauce and mix
  4. Right before serving, add romano and mix until melted
