Easy to make a great for left overs - make extra and eat some for lunch.
4 medium to large zucchini, sliced in rounds
1/4 c. Ragu chunky Suace, Tomato, Garlic and Onion (if you get another brand, just be sure the points are 4 pts per 1/2 cup)
2 Tbsp. grated romano cheese
- Wash and slice zucchini
- Spray a 3 qt. pot with cooking spray. Add zuchinni and cook until soft, but still al dente.
- Add pasta sauce and mix
- Right before serving, add Romano and mix until melted
